The Georgian-style properties were built by local publican William Cole in the 1840s.
The properties at 24 Argyle Place and 28 Argyle Place and 32 Argyle Place will go to 4 December auction through Peter Starr at McGrath Estate Agents.
The price guides are not publicly available but one will be pricier given its views of the Harbour Bridge.
In October, $1.71 million was paid for the uninhabitable terrace at 30 Argyle Place.
The initial six properties sold at Millers Point netted the state government around $15 million.
